The one-hundred and fifty-seventh volume of the Archives of Maryland series was originally published in 1939. The Archives of Maryland edition was published in 2000 by the Maryland State Archives. This volume is the Maryland Manual for 1938 which was compiled by the Secretary of State, E. Ray Jones.
